If you are not happy with your order, you have 14 days after receiving your goods to return them.
Returns from Germany:
To protect our environment, we do not use paper, which is why our parcels do not contain delivery bills, invoices or pre-printed return-slips. If you would still like to return some pieces from your order, you can easily use our return portal.
If you want to return several items in separate parcels, please register each return individually, but only use one chargeable label. Be sure to include a note with the return to make it easier for our returns department to process.

Returns from outside of Germany:
Return shipments from outside of Germany will need to be paid by the customer itself.

In our return portal you have the choice of either using one of our return labels or using your own. If you keep at least one of the ordered items, we are happy to provide you with a return label. When shipping back all ordered items, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund (6,19€).

If you are returning from a country other than Germany, we ask that you take care of the return yourself and pay the shipping carrier. In this case please also use our return portal.

If you have to return your items due to a complaint, we will cover the original postage as well as the return shipping costs.

As soon as we receive your return, we will issue a refund within 48 hours. The money will then usually be in your account within 1-2 days. If it should take longer, please contact our customer service and and we will find out what is causing the delay.
