If you are not happy with your order, you have 14 days after receiving your goods to either return or exchange them. If you are returning your goods from Germany, you will get a return label for free.If you are returning from a country other than Germany, we ask that you take care of the return yourself and pay the shipping carrier.

If you are returning your goods from Germany, you can generate a free DHL-return label through our return portal: CLICK HERE Once you return your entire order to us, we will refund you not only the value of the goods, but also the original shipping costs.
If you are returning from a country other than Germany, we ask that you take care of the return yourself and pay the shipping carrier. As soon as we receive your return, we will issue a refund within 48 hours. The money will then usually be in your account within 1-2 days. If it should take longer, please contact our customer service and and we will find out what is causing the delay.
