If you are not happy with your order, you have 14 days after receiving your goods to return them.
To help protect the environment, we strive to use as little paper as possible.
That’s why you won’t find packing slips, invoices, or pre-printed return forms in our parcels.

If you would still like to return some pieces from your order, you can easily use our returns portal.

If you want to return several items from separate parcels, please register each return individually, but only use one shipping label and ship them all together in one parcel.
Be sure to include a note with all relevant order numbers to make it easier for our returns team to process your return.

Exchanges can be arranged through our returns portal. Simply submit your return request online, select the item you would like to exchange, and choose your preferred replacement. Once your original item has been received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship out the new item as quickly as possible. When exchanging an item we do not charge a return fee.

For customers in Germany, a prepaid return label is available for €6.19, which will be deducted from your refund.

As soon as we’ve checked your return and confirmed that everything is in perfect condition, we’ll issue a refund using the same payment method you chose at checkout.
