Returns

An item you ordered doesn't fit or you don't like it? No problem.
Within 14 days of purchase, you can return your items. Please use our returns portal for further information.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We provide a return label for shipments within Germany. The costs (6,19€) for this will be deducted from the refund.

All returns from outside Germany can be sent to this address using a shipping provider of your choice:

If you are returning an item, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and help you. In this case please contact info@joseasurfwear.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Gift cards,
- Swimwear with obvious signs of use,
- Items that are not in original condition (damaged or missing pieces),
- Items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Exchanges
Exchanges can be arranged through our returns portal. Simply submit your return request online, select the item you would like to exchange, and choose your preferred replacement. Once your original item has been received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship out the new item as quickly as possible.

Right of Withdrawal 14-days after receiving the goods
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
