*For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties (customs duties) will be charged. We are not responsible for any customs fees.
How long does the shipping take?
Delivery time begins after order confirmation.
If you order until 12 am and everything is correct (address, availability), the order will be packed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12 am on Friday will be collected over the weekend and processed on Monday. From then on, the dispatch times are usually as follows:

Customs Clearance & International Delivery Delays
For orders shipped outside the European Union, delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance procedures. Customs inspections and processing are carried out by the authorities of the destination country and are beyond our control. Any delays caused by customs may affect the estimated delivery time. Please also note that additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
What delivery companies do we work with?
We ship all packages within Germany using DHL Go Green. For small packages sent internationally, we use DHL Warenpost Premium International Go Green and for the bigger ones DHL International Go Green. Outside of Germany, DHL collaborates with local shipping partners for delivery.
Risk of Loss
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to you only upon delivery of the goods.
