2. Scope
These Terms apply to all orders placed through our online shop.
A costumer is any natural person who places an order for purposes that are mainly outside their trade, business, or profession.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected product(s). The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or ship the goods.
For deliveries to Switzerland, the purchase contract is concluded between the buyer and MeinEinkauf AG, St. Gallen (CHE-331.561.017 VAT). The latter also handles customs clearance, invoicing and delivery in Switzerland. This service is included in the purchase price and any shipping costs charged.
In order to ensure smooth delivery to Switzerland, we would like to inform you for reasons of transparency that MeinEinkauf GmbH in DE-Konstanz (DE285677365) is also involved in the retail chain. This does not incur any additional costs for the buyer.
4. Prices and Payment
Payment is due immediately upon order.
We accept the payment methods shown during checkout.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the countries listed in our shipping information.
Delivery times are stated on the page as well.
If a product is unavailable, we will inform you immediately.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Customers only)
Customers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods.
Further details are provided in our separate Refund Policy.
7. Retention of Title
Goods remain ours until full payment has been received.
8. Warranty (Legal Guarantee)
Statutory warranty rights apply.
If the delivered product is defective, you are entitled to:
- Repair,
- Replacement,
- Price reduction,
- Withdrawal from the contract (if legal requirements are met).
We are liable according to statutory provisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are fully liable for:
- Intentional misconduct,
- Gross negligence,
- Injury to life, body, or health.
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) and limited to foreseeable damage. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
10. Use of the Website
You may not use our website:
- For unlawful purposes,
- To infringe intellectual property rights,
- To distribute harmful software.
We may block access in case of misuse.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (images, texts, logos, designs) is protected by copyright.
Use without our written permission is not permitted.
12. Third-Party Services
Our shop is hosted by Shopify. When you use payment providers or external links, their own terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for third-party content.
13. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
German law applies.
For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
15. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

We may update these Terms for future orders.
